SHIPPING

 

Domestic: We offer flat rate shipping for any order within Australia. Express shipping is offered at a calculated rate that is available during checkout. You can use the shipping rates calculator in your shopping cart to determine the cost prior to checkout.

International: We offer $50 flat rate international express shipping per item, excluding the cost of duties. Please note that all customs fees incurred during the fulfilment process are the responsibility of the customer.

 

 

RETURNS / EXCHANGES

 

Remy.com.au accepts exchanges or returns for a refund within ten days of receipt of the order. Returned merchandise must be free from any condition that would prevent it from being sold as new (including, but not limited to, wear, damage, stain, odour, or alteration). The original invoice, packaging, and tags must accompany the returned goods. Shipping costs are non-refundable. In the case of a return for a refund, please note that the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund.

REFUNDS

 

We appreciate your patience while your refund is being processed. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s), and the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to the original method of payment. It can take between five and ten business days for a credit to appear on your bank or credit card statement.

EXCHANGES

 

We appreciate your patience while your exchange is being processed. Once your original order is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s), and the approval or rejection of your exchange.

If your exchange is approved, you will receive confirmation and a tracking number once your new item has been dispatched from our showroom. Please allow up to 3 business days for your new item to be shipped.
